General comment The dataset has been developed in LIFE EFFIGE project. Details are given in “PEFCR of contracted supply service for school meals” (lifeeffige.eu). The background system is not included in the model. To complete the inventory, the use of data from other published database is necessary. The dataset includes the model of a Distribution Centre (DC). The DC space-time is allocated to chilled goods based on the DC capacity, the volume occupied by the product and the storage time.
