General comment on data set Dataset developed within the ARCADIA project in the context of the Ph.D. of Federica Carollo (Politecnico di Milano). The dataset refers to the selective 1 m3 demolition of a commercial metal building that has a total volume (empty to full) of 80,000 m3. The dataset is composed of 7-unit processes: Input: 1) Diesel consumption for the machinery use; 2) Electricity consumption for the machinery use; 3) Water consumption for the machinery use; 4) Transport: Iron and Steel to Recycling; 5) Transport of the Mixed C&D to Recycling; Output: 6) Recycling of EWC 17 09 04 - Mixed C&D (Process: Mixed C&D, recycling); 7) Recycling of EWC 17 04 05 – Iron and Steel (Process: Iron and Steel, recycling).

Time representativeness
Data set valid until 2027
Technological representativeness
Technology description including background system The demolition work involves the equipment of excavators (with sorting grapple and fixed pulveriser), implying total electricity, diesel, and water consumption of 0 kWh/m3 and 11 MJ/m3, 0,001 kg/m3 respectively. The output consists of the C&D waste stream (EWC 17 09 04) delivered to the recycling plant. Good the Reliability; Very Good the Geographical representativeness; Very Good the Time representativeness; Very Good the Technological representativeness.
